getting into a sorority

I'm not going to lie; it's going to be hard. College is harder than high school and everyone knows that if you're barely making a 3.0 in high school, your college grades will be lower. That said, I see two options. First, if your grades are low because you were ill freshman year and your grades have improved or something, have your rec letters reflect that. Also be sure and let the girls know that there was a problem and that was the reason for the low grades. Second, you might concentrate on getting great grades as a freshman then go through recruitment as a sophomore. If you have top grades and you've made friends in lots of houses, you'll have good choices. Good luck!
