fraternity rushing

Im interested in attending OU next fall, but I was wondering how difficult it is for out of state students to get bids into good frats? I think I am a sociable guy, but I do not know anyone at OU right now. Thoughts?

Find out where summer rush parties are and meet some of the members over the summer. It's important for them to know who you are prior to rush week, things go too fast that week.

If you don't do summer rush, you're pretty much not getting into a top house, unless you really know how to sell yourself in less than 15 mins.
