They're rebuilding. They have a new house and are back on campus again. It will take a while before they're good, though.

They have a brand new house and throw pretty fun parties from what I've been to. Definitely on their way up

I honestly love the guys in kappa sig! They're fun and genuine, and the kind of guys I would feel comfortable being around if I drank too much. Give them 2 years and they'll be at the top of the mid tier frats!
