Chi O is all over here saying they had the highest return rates so they're a top house. It looks like they might really be the ones that have been causing all the hate on here.

true. It's kind of strange that A Phi, Chi O, and Pi Phi are so desperate to be seen as top houses. They're all great, like all our other houses. Just because girls don't prefer them over the top houses doesn't mean they're not good. Don't put yourself down, girls!
