This year poor A Phi did worse than last year and officially in the bottom tier again. Last year they were at the bottom of the middle tier. This year, sadly not. Hey I thought their thing was to take pretty girls. What happened this year. There's was the worst looking class at OU.

I don't think A Phi would be a top house if he donated a million dollars to that house. Maybe you don't know but that girl was dropped by every other house except AOII and AGD. She chose A Phi. That's not the kind of girl that makes a house a top house. Sorry.

Now I know you REALLY don't know what you're talking about…poor girl! APhi is a top house. Don't hate, And the girl was not dropped . This house has prettier girls than ever! Sorry you're jealous.

I guess the A Phis told some pnm that they were a top house and now she's found out. That's why thy lose so many girls after bid day each year.

Agree. Alpha Phi's return rates were way way way down this year. Not only that but usually they get kind of pretty girls but this year they're mostly kind of average to not even average. I don't know if they're lying about twitter girl, but even if they got one good girl it doesn't make up for the rest of their class. It's sad that just last year they kind of moved into the middle tier. Now they're back at the bottom.

The only return rate you would know is your own, unless your chapter advisor was to embarrassed to tell you. I believe this must be the case. Sorry you are living in the dark and don't know what is going on. When you post one nasty remark after another on greekrank aimed toward several chapters it makes you look very desperate. I feel sorry for you. It must be hard to be apart of Greek system that is changing and leaving you behind.

And Kappa isn't second and Theta isn't fourth and G Phi isn't sixth. Pi Phi's trying to get everything wrong so no one notices that they put themselves 3rd again.
