Why do they think they are top or middle? They are the only house to snap for 4 straight years. It is embarrassing for them that they keep posting crap rankings.

It's even more embarrassing that Pi Phi pretends to be a Chi O to throw them under the bus. Pi Phi and Chi O both have had trouble lately, but Tri Delt has done great. Out of the last 3 years they've had the best class two years. This year Theta beat them, but not Chi O or Pi Phi.
