What kind of grades do you have to have to get into Theta? I'm happy with my house but I just keep hearing that they are really strict. I was just curious.

Why do you care? Be curious about something that matters to you or pertains to you in some way. What you are is called nosy, not curious.

ha ha ha! If you ask a question, you have to listen to the answer! You are nosy and you sound dissatisfied with the Pi Phis. How would I know you are a Pi Phi? They're the only mean as snakes house so you fit right in!
