They have some super cute new girls! As soon as they have their house, I think they will really pick up. They have very genuine and quality girls in their house.

I don't read asking about quota to be disrespectful about any house. No one said anything bad about the house. Actually you are wrong about bids for girls at pref. If they go to pref at your house they must be on your bid list somewhere. Every girl who goes to pref gets a bid. AGD or any other house can't invite a girl to pref then refuse to put her on the bid list. So missing quota is because girls SIPed and didn't list AGD. But that's not hard to understand since they are temporarily without a house. To some girls that's very important. I agree that they'll do better next year.

Once again your facts are skewed. A house does not have to invite anyone back to their house if they don't desire too. For all you know AGD only invited 70 girls to pref. The number a house must release is different from the number they can release. If a house chooses to release everyone the first round they can; it might not be a wise thing to do but it is the house's choice. The rule is a house is given a number of girls they must release each round but it is a minimum. OU specifically does not allow for a cross cut (look it up) so if a girl maximizes her options (lists every house she attended pref night) Panhellenic will do their best to match her to one of the two houses. If she doesn't match Panhellenic can allow for quota additions. The houses are called and ask if they would take her as a member and usually the response is yes, but again it is the house's decision. If a girl maximizes her options she still may not match but OU goes the extra mile to attempt a match. Generally speaking quota additions are only allowed for houses who are not at house total although I am sure on rare occasions exceptions are allowed. So please stop telling people facts based on your limited knowledge. It does not make up look smarter it makes you look uninformed. You protest so much one could draw the conclusion you are envious of OU AGD.

What @Y said is true. If AGD invited more girls than they gave bids to, some girls suicided rather than accept an AGD bid. That's just the truth. And the house isn't called. Every girl that goes to pref at your house is on your bid list somewhere so Pan just adds in quota additions. It doesn't matter if they are #1 on your second list or #50. They're on your list. Quota additions can go to the smaller house but if both houses are about equal (like all the houses at OU except AGD) then the bid goes to the girls first choice.
These are the facts. Call panhellenic if you have any other questions. It's not nice to spread misinformation here in the guise of education.
