fraternity rush

Hey all, I'm going to be freshman this fall and I'm going through rush. This is kinda how I see the breakdown of house rankings, this is ranking is purely based off of the info I have learned at rush events and from friends I've talked to over the summer. Is the pretty close to correct?
1. Beta
2. SigEp
3. Lambda Chi
4. Fiji
5. Delt
6. ATO
7. Phi Delt
8. DU
9. Kappa Sig
10. Pi Kapp
11. Sigma Nu
12. Sigma Chi
13. Phi Psi
14. Phi Kapp
15. KA

I agree with #2 6-10 are not interchangeable and ATO is NOT #6. Phi Delt DU and sigma Chi are higher. Most people think Lambda is top house but Sig Ep and Beta are too. It's a matter of opinion which of those 3 houses is top. Fiji is also one of the four top houses but they party more and participate less in the CAC events (sororities don't like pairing with them). DELT is a great house all the sororities love them and now SAE is gone they are solidly the fifth house. Phi Delt then DU then Sigma Chi then ATO. After those houses the houses have a much smaller membership.
