DDD - president's trophy winner
KAT - last year president's trophy winner
KKG - year before last president's trophy winner
GPB - president's trophy runner up
PBP - won a side award on president's trophy
AXO - best class of the middle houses last year
DG - ok
APhi - bad rep but has some pretty girls
AOPi - some pretty some quirky
ChiO - 3 years of snap bids
AGD - missed quota last year but getting a new house

They do have awards at UT. This past year ADPi received the award. Unfortunately they are not recognized as top tier. It is strictly based on UT Greek members opinion.
I wonder 15 years ago how in the world did we answer this question. These awards could not be "the indicator". Everyone has a different set of criteria. This is your and that is fine. There are many who value different things.

Do you actually believe your lies? Nah I don't think so or you wouldn't keep posting the same thing over and over. Everyone knows who gets the best girls and so do you. Top houses don't have to lie about other houses.

This is pretty much how it is. I'd pub AXO above Pi Phi but other than that it's good.

Or people are trying to make sure the posts are honest. The comments above are all true. Maybe you disagree about how important something is (snap bids v. president's trophy) but at least the comments are verifiable. It's not one of those stupid ones that says all the girls in XYZ were cut by all the top 10 houses.
