Are there houses that only rush girls with a wealthy background? Does money play a role?

No. Every house rushes all the girls during open houses. During the invitational parties some houses may have more girls with wealthy parents but that is because their house already has a lot of girls from private schools or elite camps and they rush the girls they know. Sometimes those girls are not necessarily the ones other houses would pursue that much.

The house I'd say that has a few more of those girls is Kappa, but that's not what makes Kappa good.
