by: adviceAny post that casually throws in names of houses, while pretending to post about something else, is trying to make you believe something about those houses that isn't accurate. It would be in your best interest not to believe anything written on this site. Girls are trying to get you to believe things that are incorrect. Wait until recruitment to form opinions about houses. Trust yourself to know which house is which regarding tiers or anything other information people are casually trying to make you believe. If a house is using this site as a PR tool, however subtle or blatantly in your face, be wary of their advice because an agenda is attached.

Mid tier houses are mid tier based off return rates. Top houses are required to have less parties as recruitment progresses so lower houses can have enough girls at their house to fill a pledge class. We know who we cut and when we see them at a lower house we know it's because we didn't invite them back. Step into reality poster above.

True,but if a person is posting a house is mid tier because they really are.... It's called truthful.
