gamma phi caused all the flooding

Yes, I just heard. The Gamma Phis are responsible for the recent floods. One of their girls is an ice princess (don't worry, she's really cold and got cut from every house at OU and some at OSU!) and she built a huge ice castle in the sky. When it got warm it melted and the melting ice came down like rain and caused TOTAL DEVASTATION! It's ALL their fault.
