Yes to all. Top pnms will have more support from alumnae, better grades, more support from friends in the house, lots of the right kind of activities, etc. They will also be well put together and social.
Some lower houses pride themselves on having hot girls and think that is what makes them special. Top pnms may be hot but they're so much more. The ones in the lower houses might look good but have low grades and/or a questionable reputation.

I am so sick and tired of this reputation slap. I have seen new members from last year from practically every "top house" dead drunk and throwing up. So maybe you made a few mistakes ???
