Hi, I am transferring and can people tell me how they are here in honesty? And also how much the dues are?

I am friends with lots of lambdas here! They are definitely a top house here at OU and are a group of very nice guys. They are well-known for being athletic and often win intramurals. I don't know anything about dues, but I do know that lambdas are very well respected and are generally a cool bunch of dudes
