I don't see what the problem is here. Seems to me like the controversy surrounding this Lindsey girl is merely name dropping. Obviously someone is just jealous. If she did get with a football player GOOD FOR HER! That's dope.

Y'all need to work on this or else your climb to the top will be short lived. Every sorority has some cliques, yes, but not to this extent. When girls are afraid to go say hi to their sisters in public because they think they won't want to talk, it's ridiculous. A lot of girls in y'alls newest pledge class don't even know each other. I'm a very active member of OU Panhellenic, and I don't want anyone to walk away from OU greek feeling as if it was a waste of time and money. I don't want any girl to feel ostracized from their sorority or turned against many of her sisters. That's what it sounds like is happening in this house. There are very specific groups that I have picked up on just from a few short conversation with a couple of girls, and when it's that apparent that y'all have poor sisterhood, y'all should take some measures, whatever they may be, to fix that.

When that sort of thing happens, and public attention is drawn to the cattiness and drama in your house, you should fix it. But that's not what I've seen happen. Your house simply ignored the issue and continued on like nothing happened. Not only that, but the issues that my friends in older pledge classes had were STILL happening. Alpha Phis who hold positions, if you see anyone being bullied within your house, or if you see girls who are fighting, unhappy, or uninvolved, make an effort to fix the issue. A girl who would have been a senior this year told me that if anyone had even tried being her friend when they noticed she was lonely, she would have been happy. The point of a sorority is sisterhood, and when I hear of multiple girls being miserable in a house, there's definitely an issue. I recommend spending less time on here and more time fixing those problems. Maybe then your house will improve and earn respect.
