#13 by: DEAR PNMS,
please remember that these rankings are from the outside looking in. People are not ranking how much they enjoy the experience of being in the sorority they are ranking. People may say my sorority is or is not a top house, but then I look at the girls that are in my sorority and I see beautiful, ambitious, classy girls. REGARDLESS OF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY! Base you decision on individuals you encounter, not just what the house stereotype is. && on pref night, loook at the girls around you, whichever house you choose those girls may be choosing as well. <3 Greek Love!

A snap bid is when a house calls the women that dropped out of recruitment to offer them a bid to join their house on bid day. It's typically frowned upon and thought of as desperate by more successful houses because it defeats the rush process of weeding out girls that you deemed unfitting for your house.

I'm going through rush right now and yesterday I looked at all the other PNMs at my party here, and they're all gorgeous. This house is so genuine and I'm so impressed at how much work they put into this whole week. I really hope I get to see them tonight on pref!!!

All of you with the negative comments either have nothing else to do with your lives or you are just so incredibly jealous. There is not one single house on the OU campus (or any other campus for that matter) that doesn't have their fair share of mean girls and girls who don't represent the sorority the way they should. But the bottom line is all of you need to get over yourselves and move on. The immaturity that is reflected in all of these comments is just disgusting. From what I have seen from the recruitment process, none of the sororities are any better than another. Strangely they are all equally nice; and all equally mean and all should be ranked fairly low. But it's about the lifelong relationships within each house that are formed that matter - not which house is better than the other. Such absurdity!
