here's an honest order-

Top: KAO, KKG, DDD, PBP, XO (interchangable but for the most part KAO and KKG stay in the first two slots)

Middle: DG, Gphi, Aphi, AXO (interchangable)

Bottom: AOPI, AGD (not interchangeable)

It is because the chi-hos hang out on Greek rank. No one thinks they are interchangeable with the other top tiers.

Chi-hos have given snap bids for years!!! No other house does that to make quota!!!
