Since some idiot is posting fantasy return rates on here I think it's worth saying the truth. The truth is that no one but the OU Panhellenic Adviser knows the return rates of all the houses.
As everyone who knows anything can tell you, she's not going to be on here ranking houses.

The original poster is completely mistaken return rates are known by quite a few members in the house, alum and national Panhellenic advisors. Who does she think is working out all the math every day? Even PNMs learn during recruitment which houses are cutting the most girls. When a house is told they must have one or two less parties because their return rate is so high becomes obvious too. Girl posting must be in a low level house or she would know more than she does it she's just lying because her house does poorly.

Wrong. A chapter adviser may know the rate for her own house but she doesn't know all the rates of all the houses. This is a pretty common lie that lower houses post so they can move themselves up in the ranks.
The idiot saying she does is manufacturing something to brag about for her house because she doesn't have anything real to brag about.

If anyone doesn't believe that return rates are not known, call OU Panhellenic and ask. The only sad people who would suggest otherwise are ones with a sinking house and no other options.

Lower houses stay far away from return rates they don't want to discuss them. Sorry but the return rates are known especially if you know all the right people. Honestly I don't even know what you are complaining about. This original post is accurate and maybe that bothers you somehow. Whatever. I think it's good for girls to know which houses they have the best shot at getting in so they don't become all bitter and take it personally if they don't get in the house they want. It's really ashame no one explained it all to you because you worry about it way to much. Guessing you weren't a legacy anywhere with no Greek immediate family or you wouldn't care so much which houses cut you. It's about finding a sisterhood. If a girl likes a house that's easier to get in good for her and why should she have to stress all week about it.
