would people say its "easier" to get a bid from pi phi than it is to get a bid from DDD? Or is it that they rush different kinds of girls? i have friends in both just wondering what i should be expecting

DDD cares more about grades/activities and PiPhi cares more about Looks/personality/connections IMO... So it depends on your strengths and weaknesses. That being said... I have 2 friends that went to DDD/PiPhi on pref... One chose DDD and one chose PiPhi. Both are pretty and well rounded girls. You would be lucky to be in either house.

DDD is the easier house to get a bid from. They haven't gotten many of their first choice girls the last few years. PBP is the better house and much more difficult to receive a bid from. If sorority ranks matter to you Definately chose PBP if you can get in. DDD is fine just not exclusive.

sorry but I'm not in any of the houses you mention while DDD isn't considered a top 3 house or even top 5 recently I'd say they are still a decent house

All houses at OU are great but since you asked PiPhi is considered better than DDD but you would do well to join a house you feel comfortable in and not one just because it's considered a higher rank.

The situation she describes doesn't usually happen. It's rare for a PNM to go to both PBP and DDD. Most girls invited to DDD on pref were cut before skit night at PBP.

Please ignore this continued attempt to make Tri Delta look bad. It is a great house and took probably the top class last year. They also won U Sing which isn't easy.

Thats a DDD with an agenda right there DDD has never been a top two house at OU and hasn't been in the top five for at least 3 years.

Today must be opposite day! Any day that someone says Pi Phi is better than Tri Delta is opposite day.

It's hilarious that anyone would think Pi Phi is better than Tri Delta.

Yeah, just imagine... a post about whether it's "easier" to get into Pi Phi or Tri Delta. What an uplifting post.

I can see why the poster named "Stupid" above thinks the comment are what has made it go downhill. The unintended irony is laughable.

The truth is that everyone knows that Tri Delta is a finer house than Pi Phi. By a long shot. Even the Pi Phis know it because most of them were cut by the Tri Deltas long before they ended up at Pi Phi on pref.

This one comment is how you can be certain that the Pi Phis are the house behind the assault on the Tri Deltas. Yeah, they're blaming the Chi Os, but it's the Pi Phis that are really to blame.

Shame on Pi Phi. All the accolades you can win with Miracle Cup don't stand a chance of making pnms like your house when you are so non-panhellenic and just plain rude.

So go back to the Beta Barn or the Port-a-potty, where you came from and leave the rest of OU greek alone.
