I can't speak for the original author, but I think it makes a difference because most college graduates get involved with their sorority alumnae groups. They are fun socially, but also useful for connections (I got an internship because of an alum my mom knew from her group). You want the best group of alumnae possible for both of these reasons.

True BUT DDD is coming up at OSU and it won't be long before they move up in the state ranking.

As an alum, it doesn't matter what tier your house was in school and this is coming from someone that was in a top house. I have friends that were DDD at both OU and OSU... And I'm not a DDD. I have friends that were in every house at OU and OSU. I also have friends in houses that aren't even in Oklahoma. It truly doesn't matter after college. Having been in a sorority, you still have had some common experiences.

So are you the alum that is on here all the time trying to convince people that the present tier system is the same as the tiers were back in your day? If so, you're pathetic and need to go find some friends who are your own age. This is for college girls, not alums.

No matter how many times the author bumps this up it won't make it true. Kappa Theta and Pi Phi are too houses. Gamma Phi was never good at OU so I'm guessing that's why the OSU reference. DDD was good a few years back but they haven't recruited well the last three years having to take girls almost every other house at OU has cut. Once their seniors graduate only strange girls will remain. Go through recruitment meet the girls in every house it's easy to tell which houses are the better houses and which aren't. By the second and third day of recruitment it will be clear because most girls will be cut from the best houses. No worries of you want DDD or GPB you should easily be able to get in their houses. Sad thing is you probably won't want either house once you meet their members. Good Luck!
