Usually felons don't try to join sororities... You shouldn't have anything to hide, but no, they can't. However, they will ask girls from your hometown about you, analyze your entire facebook and twitter, require letters of recommendation, ask for a resume and they'll pay extra attention over the summer. Watch Out PNM.

I don't have any bad things on my FB, but just to be safe would it be wise to deactivate it for the summer? And how do they get in touch with hometown friends? like how do they know who's a friend v. an enemy?

That's where it sucks, be nice to everyone and right every wrong you can because you never know if the "one girl you can't stand" has an older sister in a top house with friends in good houses too. You can get screwed over in rush verrrry easily by simply your interactions with highschoolers. And deactivating looks sketch if you already had one.

This website is getting a little ridiculous. Everyone needs to stop being so horribly mean, if you check out other colleges, not many other people write such horrible things about each other. OU greek life is all wonderful and I truly believe there is a house meant for every girl out there who would like to be greek. I'm in love with my house and don't feel the need to bash on other houses to prove that!

agreed with below. the stupid girls that actually take the time to get on here and bash other houses are a really poor representation of OU's greek life because i can honestly say i have a close friend in almost every house, as do girls in every other house. There are various types of girls in every single house at any shool! There will never be a house where every single member is exactly like the next, so whats the point in being immature and bashing houses and ruining the idea of our greek system?
