sorority comments

aphi lost a LOT of girls to other houses, one of which being chi o. im sorry, but during rush aphi does not have a lot of pull and does not seem to be a top house at all. can anyone honestly say they went into rush wanting to be an aphi? i for one didn't even know the house existed until i got here.

A phi has only been decent this one year. Tri delt has been good for about 3 or 4 years. Same with Gamma phi only not as good. Chi O has only been bad for 3 or 4 years. The other top houses have the reputations but sometimes aren't great.I'd put PP, KKG, T, TD, and GP there for sure and maybe CO. Definitely not AP.

I think that this if you were to rank the top houses based on their girls this year, alpha phi would definitely be top. They need 3 or 4 more years like this one and they could have the same thing happen as tridelt. Great potential. During rush, everyone loses girls to top houses but this year APhi got ALOT of girls that Chi O, G Phi and Pi Phi wanted and I know that for a fact there are multiple APhis that were star PNMs in other houses too. I'm not saying they're a tippy top house, but they ARE the number six spot and we've all agreed on that.

I don't think most people agree with just looking at a house for one year and saying they're tops. You could say they're a #6 house this year but that doesn't mean they're a top house. I think there's just a top 5 or if it's top6 then it's Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi, and Chi O.

No, I think Chi O has lost all credibility. It's an embarrassment to the greek system and A Phi has earned the empty spot. They're the new number 6, in my opinion.

How has Chi O lost credibility? They just won U-Sing and guys still prefer them over Gamma Phis and Alpha Phis...

I personally think that if you're a cute girl, guys don't care what sorority you're in. And if they do, they're douches.

No one cares about what house you're in or how it ranks. Your house's "reputation" or status doesn't say anything about your character, personality, looks, etc. Every house has every kind of girl, end of story. Like the guys below said, if you're at least nice, it doesn't matter. Plus, every house is good here. It just makes OU Greek as a whole look bad if we're all acting like fifth graders and tearing down other houses.
