Tradition isn't worth anything if you're an embarassment to the name.

You can have your opinion - everyone is entitled. Still,the truth is that rush results don't support your opinion. You're probably one of the really sweet girls in Chi O or an involved alumna. If so, use your energy to bring Chi O back to their days of glory. The order is Gamma Phi, Alpha Phi, then Chi O/DG. I, too, am in a top 5 house. I see girls from every house out and around and know what I'm talking about.

Every house is outstanding at OU! We are so lucky to have such a great PAN with AMAZING girls! I am so honored to be apart of it. We should all rely on each other for support and love instead of putting each other down! Love all the girls!

yayyayyay!! i completely agree too! this should be a place for constructive criticism, not useless, hateful comments. yes, the top 6 houses are fabulous. but even the supposed "bottom 5" are awesome houses to be in. you really can't go wrong with ANY house at ou, and we shouldn't be so particular about ranks. if you're secure in yourself and your sisterhood you shouldn't care what your status is :)

and below!! verrry true statements! I can honestly say that I have close friends in almost every house, OU pan is lucky to have a great selection of girls for all houses every single year! It doesnt matter which house you talk up or down; you'll without a doubt meet all types of girls from each house, be it annoying, fabulous, smart,crazy, shy, snobby, or whatever else you could think of. Girls going through rush in the fall should be advised that this website MOST DEFINITELY does not give you a clear picture of what the greek system/ each house is truly like on campus. The only way you will really get an understanding is to go through the rush process, so please dont gather any misconceptions about any of the houses listed! I dont know many girls unhappy with the house they ended up with!

Everyone is acting so mature and kind on this website, it's so refreshing to see Greeks setting a good example. I love the idea of having a "top 6" and including Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi, because they're both such great houses. Every house at OU is a good one, but I'd like to set an official list and see if everyone agrees. Any comments?

yes yes yes!! a top 6 is perfect, since you could really go either way with gphib and aphi. although i think theta and piphi should be swapped?
