Yeah I'll admit Chi O has gone down in the recent years, but still nobody has proved themselves to be the #5 spot ahead of them. I can say there is a pretty good size gap inbetween the top houses and Pi Phi, and then another decent size gap between Pi Phi and Chi O. DG and AXO are quite similar but DG has the advantage and they're improving every year. I like AXO because they know how to have a good time and are awfully nice ladies. Gamma Phi before you call yourself a top house you need to prove yourself in all aspects of the game. Alpha Phi has a few good girls here and there, but for the majority your house is way too big.

I would agree with everything except I'd put Alpha Chi over Alpha Phi. Alpha Phi is still too new to be over anyone but AGD. That's not to say AGD is bad, they just rush a different kind of girl.

Ok. I'm done with Kappa. I'm redoing the ranks making the top 5 the top 4 and the middle 2 the middle 3. Kinda like the big 12 only has 10 teams now. Our top 5 only has 4.
