Although I agree that those are the most well known, I do not think that makes them a top house. For example, at OU Tridelt is an amazing top house, but at OSU people would rather die than be in Tridelt. Still the same nationally known name, but completely different.

I completely agree. Another example is the fact that Chi Omega has been ranked the best house in the nation by every national Panhellenic system, but is it the best house at OU? hell no.

i bet that if kappa, pi phi and chi o would have placed, they would have gotten a barrage of all 5s just like the other three houses. this website is dumb.

Pi Phi and Chi o had already started dropping due to PC.11 and behavior issues - U sing results just proved that. Kappa just missed out on placing and is doing fine.

Actually Pi Phi and Chi O got less than stellar classes this year. In my opinion Chi O beat Pi Phi, but that's just based on my house's standards. Both houses took girls that we thought were QR or grade risks. There is a common misconception that all houses are competing just for looks. Everyone wants good looking lines, but the top houses are more interested in girls with lots of activities, top grades, excellent connections, good grades, etc. I'm not going to lie - they still have to look all right, but beauty isn't the only thing that the top houses look at. Pi Phi and Chi O got a lot of "either or" girls. Girls that are either pretty or _____ (involved, smart, talented, etc.). The top girls got girls that are both.

Haha! I cannot believe how much time people spend on here. You're all the same. Dumb, not in touch with the real world, and have absolutely no idea how to get along with eachother. You're all a part of the same organization overall and you have nothing better to do than bash on eachother. Really? Ever heard of humility? Probably not. You all suck.
