ha ha! Nice try, Pi Phi. Thetas are not stuck up and everyone loves the Gamma Phis, and Pi Phis party way worse than AXOs. But I agree with the post below. OU is just not that into Pi Phi anymore.

I think AXO probably has more in common with Pi Phi than AGD. Except that they're nicer than Pi Phi's.

The Rest

I do think Pi Phi is slipping and Gamma Phi is rising, but at this moment I think they're on the same level. Everyone seems to agree that there is a clear top 3, so I don't know why people keep trying to force one of the other houses in a group that they don't belong in yet

I agree with fall 2011. Pi phi has really drop the past year or so and chi is doing amazingly right now.

Really there are a clear top 4. Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt, and G Phi are the clear winners after this year's recruitment.

The next tier has Chi O and Pi Phi. They have both slipped over the past few years. I agree that Chi O did better than Pi Phi this year, but their both less desirable than the top 4.

The bottom tier is DG and the Alphas. They all have serious problems with behavior, grades, and or looks. DG and Alpha Phi are at the top and AGD could be said to be in a separate category, but none of them are very highly desired.
