Kappa didnt win or do anything on campus last year. you cant be a TOP house if you cant do anything. classy only gets you so far.. but you are top 5

True. Actually though Theta and Pi Phi are more tied for first, except that Pi Phi has the upper hand on nicer girls in general!

i honestly would say they are even so they are tied for 1 really. you cant really "rank" the top houses. you have to put them into tiers

Please note that Tri Delt has rated themselves all fives over and over and rated Kappa with all ones over and over. What's up with that? It seems to me to say a lot about the Tri Delts as a house -- not classy at all!
