The people who keep insisting they are "tippy" and other people aren't are making me laugh. I agree. It says something about them that they're so insistent. I'm going with this rating from below:

the top are obviously KKG, PBP,DDD, and Theta. Now for what is the best out of these is up in the air and mainly preferance. Now Kappa theta and Pi phi have traditionally always been "top" and even have a longstanding senior party together. However, in the last 10 years tri delt has definitely surged and reached their level- if not surpass them. from there it is Chi O and Gphi is NOT close to chi O

and then sadly there is AGD- they have some nice girls though

It's just that one girl that keeps writing the same thing. People know her opinion, and even though they may disagree, they probably won't post much because it's getting boring for people who disagree with her. By the way, I'm in a "senior party together" house, not in GPB, XO, or AP. I just hope PNMs are smarter than she is. And they probably are.
