I feel like there should be a separate tier for kappa theta and tridelt, and pi phi and gphi should be on their own tier below it but above the tier with aphi chi o and dg

perfect! There are differences in the tiers because the houses are all different and people value different things in a house. But the 3 tier system is as good as we're going to get here.

then maybe gphi should be moved down a tier. i just dont think the top tier should have 5 houses

AOPi, AXO, AGD.. If your personality is your best asset, you'll fit in great. Very sweet girls here!

Actually Gamma Phi competes far more with the top than with XO, DG, and AP. I would put the tiers like this:

Gamma Phi simply is not on the same level as the top tiers. Most girls in G Phi had A Phi, DG, Pi Phi or AXO on pref night.
