Come on Alpha Phi's you were given a clean slate on this site. Don't start the drama again by saying you are a top rated house. It's going to cause a series of emails which aren't going to be favorable to your house and turn this site negative again PNM's your fortunate you are going to OU where all the houses are very good. Wherever you end up you will have a great time and find amazing sisterhood.

Just because someone says one nice thing about another house doesn't mean they're in that house. Believe it or not, my roommate this year was an alpha phi and though they aren't there yet, I think they definitely have potential to be a top house eventually

no, pretty sure top houses don't need COB... they may be officially "part" of it or able to or whatever.. but they don't COB.
