I have at least one friend in all houses and lots of good friends in some and I have respect for all the houses. This site is weird because it requires you to put them in order according to a set of guidelines. I would rate them according to which house a pnm might keep or drop each day.
Top PNMs (excellent grades, activities, recs, reputation)
will choose between:
Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, Tri Delta, and will go with Gamma Phi or Theta if they're less partiers.
Party girls (cute/pretty girls with lots of activities, ok grades, and a party reputation) will choose the above if they have the opportunity, and will sub in the following in order:
Chi O
A Phi
DG
Party girls with mega party reputations will choose AXO.
Nice girls with no other options will choose AOII or AGD, probably in that order.
The important thing is to find a place where you feel at home and where you find sisters for life. Don't choose a house because guys like it or because they're fun. That's al

This is from a guy...
Putting alpha chi in 'Bottom' instead of 'Partiers' is just stupid. I'm not even saying that they're a good house but regardless of whether or not the alpha chi's are classy (and they really aren't), they have quite a few good looking girls, almost all of whom party hard.

I would agree with you except that I'd put A Phi in the partier category. They're not as selective as the top category because of the girls they give bids to after rush. I know 3 girls that dropped out during rush because they were cut by all the decent houses. A Phi pretty much begged them to join. Two did. They also did spring rush. They have some good girls but they have some who are clearly an afterthought.
