Alpha Phi:

Here's the truth. They have a large house to fill financially. They can no longer snap bid (were allowed to do that because they were a new house).

Do they have the same grade standards as Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Theta, Gamma Phi? NO. They end up with a lot of girls these houses drop on Day 1 for being grade risk.

Do they have a high drop out rate overall? YES. The highest at OU.

Did their president get removed from office because of bad behavior? - YES.

Do they have good girls - YES, as do all the houses at OU.

Just because you have more awards or you are prettier or you hang out with better frats or any other list of ridiculous reasons why girls put each other down, you are no better than them and your chapter is not better than theirs. Each of you has something to contribute to your chapters, greek life, and your campus. We are a community of people who are all pretty much based off of many of the same standards. Instead of putting each other down and being involved in petty nonsense I think we all need to live up to the ideals that our sororities stand for and learn to accept and respect each other in the greek community, no matter what organization we belong to. Our letters hold us to a higher standard and we need to try our best to meet those and be the wonderful, classy women we were meant to be.

Not an Alpha Phi... That's probably someone attempting to make Alpha Phi look bad... You have no idea what house is saying what, so unless someone's waving a flag around screaming "I'M AN ALPHA PHI AND YOU SUCK" you can't say that they're getting a "bad reputation." None of the Alpha Phis I know even know what Greek Rank is. So stop. The ranks are set, and this is just a bottom house girl trying to make another house that people are iffy about look bad. They already tried with Gamma Phi, and that didn't work, so I guess they're moving down.

Please stop. I have some friends in your house that would be so embarrassed to see what kind of "iffy" stuff you're putting up on here. Please stop so that your house doesn't end up with a horrible rep before recruitment next year.

If you read the comments on their page and on the pages of those that they think they compete with, it is obvious. They're not all that bright about their strategy.

There are only certain houses I'd be embarrassed to be a part of, and they are DG, A Phi, AXO and Chi O. ..I believe half of the mean comments are coming from Chi Os. They're the only ones who have already ruined their reputation and so they're not afraid to try and bring others down with them.

I am amazed by the ridiculous things that have been said about some of my friends on here. I'm not a Kappa or Alpha Phi but I personally know Faye and MK very well and they have both gotten sooo much hate for absolutely no reason. They are very sweet, gorgeous girls who wouldn't hurt a fly, why on earth would these things be posts about them? I'm sure they aren't the girls on here bashing people. Love you both!

The messages on Kappa and Lambdas boards are very unacceptable and should not be representative of Oklahoma Greek life. We are better than this! These are our Panhellenic sisters were talking about here and it's more than just Mekenzie and Faye, girls get called out on here all the time and it's very inappropriate. We should be trying to lift eavhother up an stand up for each other. Come on girls

Girls, please take care of your sisters -- not just on here, but at parties. Watch out for your girls! Some houses are great at that, but some of you need to step it up. Don't let things get too far. STOP your sisters and their dates before it gets to the place where it is going to be talked about.
