They are very much on the same level in most people's opinion and they compete very closely in rush. And what you said about APhi is true of every house, but it doesn't take place on bid day, it's called COB. I think Gamma Phi is slightly better, but they're definitely in the same tier

You may be an Alpha Phi. I completely agree with the comment below you. I am in a top 3 house and we lost some girls to Gamma Phi. We lost no girls to Alpha Phi. Gamma Phi competes with the rest of the top 5. Alpha Phi doesn't. They both have some great girls, but they are not on the same tier.

Kappa
Theta
Pi Phi

AGD - sisterhood supreme

These are accurate..

Top Tier: You will need seriously great rec letters, pretty good grades, involvement, you should know someone in the house and they definitely look at appearance: Kappa, Theta, Tri Delta, Pi Phi

Lower Top Tier: You still need to have rec letters, these are the houses that you should want should you get cut from the houses above. They both have great reputations and are allllllmost as desirable as the top:
Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi

Middle Tier: If you get cut from the top 6, but are still decently attractive and love to party, you will fit in great with DG or Chi O

Lower Middle: You generally won't need a rec letter or need to fit any of the requirements. If you want to be in a sorority for the sake of being in it but don't care about reputation, join AOPi or Alpha Chi

Bottom: If your personality is your best attribute, you would fit in great in AGD

Sorry G Phi, I'm the one that reposted it and I'm a Tri Delt. I think it's very accurate, I would be just as proud to wear Gamma Phi's letters as A Phi.

And I'm not a G Phi, I'm a Theta and I would be prouder to wear Tri Delt or G Phi letters than I would be to wear A Phi letters. That's just the truth.

G Phi and A Phi are at the same level. If G Phi thinks they're already so much above A Phi they're getting way too big of a head. They're a rank higher, but not that much better. They're pretty dang equal in my opinion.

do you guys not realize this is an ANONYMOUS website? you can't know who anybody is at all, so you can't point fingers, and you just look stupid and catty if you do, in all honesty. people can say nice things about a house without being a member of that house, and people can say mean things about a house and not be a chi o.

Hey, I wrote that comment and stated my affiliation so that Gamma Phi wouldn't be accused of self-ranking. Then you accused them anyway. That's totally wrong to do. I should be able to have an opinion about another house and write it on here without having someone say that "if G Phi thinks ... then they're getting too big of a head." That's just mean to say. Have your opinion, but don't accuse others of something you have no way of knowing!
