you both have points, but i do feel as if gamma phi and alpha phi are both trying so hard to improve, whereas chi o and dg are just coasting along. all four are middle tier houses in my opinion, but i'd place gamma phi and alpha phi above the other two for sure. most people agree.

I've read all the comments below and would like to offer my opinion. This takes into consideration the quality of all the pledge classes, return rate, and behavior. It also makes APhi the middle. It also takes into consideration winning things to some extent, but not so much since some of the top houses haven't won anything either.
Top: Kappa,Theta,Pi Phi,
Top middle: DDD, GPhi
Middle: A Phi
Lower Middle: DG, Chi O,AOII
Lower AXO,AGD
PS @Tiers - I have some friends that are Gamma Phis too, and I have never heard them discuss what "rank" they are at OU. They talk about who they compete with at rush but that's all.

As an AGD, I'll give you my opinion. I kept an open mind and pledged the house where I had the strongest connection with the girls. I tried not to get all embroiled with ratings drama. I wanted to be in a sorority because of the sisterhood and I found that in my house. I had other options including a top house for prefs. I preffed AGD because the girls are classy and sweet and I have been very happy. I'd say ratings only really matter to other people. The friends you make in your sorority will last forever. No guy is going to decide against asking you out because of your house. You're still yourself and you'll have the friends you'd have anyway. The closeness of your sisterhood is just a blessed bonus. I'd urge you to not drop out if you get released from the houses you think you want. With any house, even (or especially!) AGD, you will have a wonderful, amazing sisterhood that I can't imagine going through college without.

Hello! I just wanted to offer some advice that all the houses should do because I have noticed that most of them have not. Could you please update y'alls websites with dates, times, information, photos, and how and where to send letters of recommendations? I don't mean to come off rude or bossy at all, but it is currently pretty difficult to learn about houses I might like when the info is old. Thanks!
