I really don't think there is a "perfect order" to rank houses in because everyone disagrees so much, but there is obviously a tiered system. Each tier is a very obvious level and everyone thinks its true but rearranges them constantly.
TOP TIER (in no order):
Pi Beta Phi
Kappa Alpha Theta
Delta Delta Delta
Kappa Kappa Gamma
MIDDLE TIER (in no order):
Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Gamma Phi Beta
BOTTOM TIER (in order):
Delta Gamma
Alpha Chi Omega
VERRRRY BOTTOM TIER (in order):
Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Gamma Delta

Top (no order):
Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, DDD
Middle (no order):
Chi O, GPhi, DG, APhi
I love Gamma Phi, my best friend is a Gamma Phi, and I told her that people are saying they're a top 5 house and she was surprised. She said Chi O was 5th, not GPhi. GPhi and APhi got two great pledge classes (especially GPhi, APhi has a lot of good ones but since they're so big they have some not so good ones too), but that doesn't change the fact that neither house has won anything lately. People here are hating on Chi O and DG for no real reason, DG's PC might not be the greatest but they have some great girls and they just came in second with an awesome Scandals show while people rag on Chi O's PC even though that PC won U-Sing. I don't understand the need to put houses down. Ask any guy, and they will tell you that they don't care if you're a DG or a GPhi. GPhi and APhi are on their way up, but they aren't top yet and they shouldn't be definitively considered better than Chi O yet...

I've seen an APhi get carried out by her sisters at Phi Delt and I've seen many GPhis making out with guys at DU. I've seen other girls from the top tier, my sisters included, making out at Lambda and SAE. I just feel like judging houses based on a few individuals as opposed to what they do as a whole is unfair.
