This website has unfortunately gotten a little out of control and is usually innacurate. I hope none of you base your decisions on the rankings and comments because every house at OU is meant for someone. And there will always be jealous unhappy girls that want to bring down other houses. OU has a great panhellenic program and you will all be able to see how wonderful each and every house is during rush!

What are the top sororities looking for exactly? Like, what kind of girls will they keep?

The same stuff that would appeal on college applications (grades, extracurriculars) plus things that would make you socially desirable, like your personality, reputation, and looks. No need to worry... just put your best foot forward! :)

I would highly recommend not paying a any attention to the rankings on this site. Seeing that it is anonymous, there is no possible way to see who is posting what so for all we know it could very well be the same group of people deciding to rank the houses as they see fit.Every single house will be appealing to one person or another, so PLEASE do yourself a favor and dont go into recruitment with thoughts of which houses are "the best" or "the worst." Talk to older girls you know that can give you some sound, honest advice if you really want a general idea ahead of time. But you honestly will not know until you actually rush. I can tell you that yes, I did end up with one of what people might rank as a "top house", but i also know girls who cut my house. And I, along with girls I know from other houses didnt like another "top house" from day 1 and cut them pretty quickly. Just use your own judgment and see for yourself and things will work out as they are supposed to
