spring recruitment truths

I saw this and everyone agrees with it except for the crazy Chi O.

"All houses that meet quota every year have the same numbers unless one of two things happen. One is that they lose girls because they don't like the house. The other is that girls study abroad, graduate early, leave to go to the ouhsc, etc.

Some houses are required by their nationals to recruit whenever allowed if they fall below total for either reason. Some are not.

All the houses except AGD made quota. So if the other houses recruit it's because they have too many girls who hate their house and drop out and so they need more or because they have successful girls who don't stay all four years and whose nationals require them to be replaced.

Right now, no one knows which houses will spring recruit and why. The top 8 houses usually don't have girls that just drop out.

All the top houses spring recruited last year because of raising house total.

It seems ridiculous that anyone would spend this much time pretending that not spring recruiting means you're a top house. It might. It might not.

It's just more complicated that the Chi Os would like for people to believe. There are many other ways to see if a house is top. Chi O fails all those other ways so they are pretending that this is a sure thing. It's sad but it's all they have...... "
