This is really a stupid discussion. Why does it matter to anyone? I guess it makes you feel superior? If you were secure with you and your top teir status you would not feel the need to blast everyone once again with this post.
You should be encouraging the chapters who are trying to build OU Greek. When we are all strong is when we will be the best.

Top 5 houses also don't snap bid.
It is can be argued that GPB, AXO, APhi, DG are the 5th house... But it is no longer you. Maybe 30 years ago you were considered strong but not anymore.
In truth... It is really a Top 4 now and then 7 remaining houses are pretty equal. There is nothing wrong with them as a whole. However, there are the crazy XO's that are determined to pull their house down even further.

So are a lot of houses. Believe me, that doesn't make a house a top house no matter how often you say it on greekrank. It just makes everyone feel sorry for Chi O because that's apparently all they have. (And we all know they recruited a bunch of girls last spring and took quota by snap bidding in the fall.)
