If a sorority is spring recruiting at OU they aren't a top house.

If a house has to snap bid, they are not a top house. Chi O had to snap bid the last two years. If they're over total, that's why.

Snap bidding hurts your reputation because there isn't any good reason to snap bid.

Spring recruiting can be good or bad. Each house gets the same amount of girls each year (called "quota" and every house but AGD made quota last year). If they lose girls because they drop out and the house spring recruits, it's bad. If they lose girls because of early graduation, health science center admits, study abroad girls, it's good. The higher the houses' grades, the more likely it is that they will have girls with a lot of AP credits who graduate early and go to med school, law school, and biz school. That's what every house would like. The person on here writing about how bad spring recruitment is is obviously from a bad house.
