sophomore rushing

I was really hoping to transfer to OU in the spring, but due to issues with scholarship money I have to wait until next fall. I certainly wish to be a part of greek life and join a fraternity. My question is, will I be at a disadvantage rushing as a sophomore? I have solid grades and I feel like I get along with most people. I just didn't know if some houses would immediately cut me for not being a freshman?
