out of state tuition

I have a 3.8 gpa and am a sophomore at illinois. Can someone who lives out of state tell me if OU is good at cutting down costs of attendance?

If that is a weighted GPA then you should get some assistance. Key is to apply early with the general scholarship app on the FA website and see what other scholarships are offered here. The general app takes a lot of the leg work out of the process for you.
