For the same reasons KKG,DDD, and PBP are. There is no clear house better than the others except KAO.

They don't win anything important. I know they've hyped up that they came in 3rd in grades one semester in the last ten years, but really. What else have they accomplished? The others win president's trophy awards year after year. Chi O = never

Actually only KAO DDD PBP XO and AGD have win the president's trophy the last 10 yrs. Theta usually wins it. Theta is top house.

Those 5 houses take the top 400 girls each year during recruitment. Each year 1100-1200 girls go through recruitment. Those 5 houses compete with each other. No house seems to consistently be the clear 2nd, much less third place house. Theta is Definately the top house but even then a girl sometimes chooses one of the other houses.
