Obviously the top four are DDD KAO KKG PBP.
So it's hard to get bids there, but next from my opinion as of philanthropy day is this order:
XO
GPB
Ap
AOPi
AXO
DG
AGD
I personally don't think there is a lower tier and the houses under the top 4 are almost equally awesome!!!
