I would pick the middle tier in this order:
AXO
DG
GPB
A Phi
AOPI
AGD
However, it's been a while since I've been at OU. ALWAYS REMEMBER that recruitment is the ONLY time that the "rankings" even matter. EVERY house has cute girls, hand signs, date parties, sisterhood events, philanthropy, ETC. I have met girls in AGD that absolutely amazed me. I never once thought lesser of them because of their letters. If anything, I was shocked and dismayed that all of the "better" sororities passed on them. I've met Kappas and Thetas and thought "wow, really? must be a double legacy"

That would make sense about Alpha Phi due to the physical size of their house. Also, it was fairly newly re-colonized when I went through recruitment. Again, this just shows how a house can go from "meh" to pretty competitive in just a few years. Join a house and be the difference in that house!
PNMs, next year you could be rushing girls and helping decide the future for your house. You can make OU and your sorority a better place by being part of the greek community. Don't let anyone tell you that you aren't as good as Sally Anne because you got cut by their house. That's silly.

agree Alpha Phi is solid house #6 and only time will tell how far GPB will fall, I wouldn't take a chance on that house they seem to be clueless of their reputation on campus

Agree about AOPI but AGD has a small membership their house even refused to invite girls back that GPB ended up with. So u are right it's more like :
