best houses
by: HonestlyThe top houses wear all the top name stuff like Tory burch, Kendra Scott, David Yurman and Louis Vuitton. They generally have lots of OU Pom and OU cheer girls. The best do well in grades, philanthropy fundraising, are involved on campus and have lots of frats asking them to pair for things- generally pretty girls too BUT those houses are hard to get into and you may not belong there. Don't let a ranking keep you from finding a true sisterhood.

Actual top houses look for girls that are put together - clothes, hair, and make-up, not just girls wearing designer clothes. For top houses the recs, grades, resume, involvement, etc. of the girl are far more important than the label in her clothes. They have cheer and pom girls that are quality girls, not ones with problematical reputations (and there are quite a few like that - they go to more middle level houses).

Top houses have all the OU cheer and OU Pom girls. The girls who rep OU are thoroughly checked out. I'm sure they're girls from high school squads that have QRs but it's not the OU cheer and Pom girls. Maybe you are from a house without any and you just don't know what you're talking about or maybe you want people to think less of quality girls since your house doesn't have any. IDK but maybe you should concentrate on your house instead of being so worried about everyone else's house.

We have cheer and pom girls both in our house but we don't just take everyone just because they're cheer or pom. For our house they have to have grades and good reputation. And yes, we QR cheer/pom girls each year. I'm surprised that your house just takes them because they rep OU. But that's why there are different houses for girls who value different things!
As for worrying -- no worries at all. The original comment and your cheer pom comments just sound a bit shallow. But again, some girls are like that and there are houses for every girl!
