Middle Tier: Delt, Sigma Chi, Du, Phi Delt,
Bottom Tier: ATO, Sigma Nu, Kappa Sig (their new house is cool though)
Sororities:
Top Tier: Tri Delt, Kappa, Theta,
Middle Tier: Pi Phi, Chi O, DG, Alpha Phi,
Bottom Tier: Alpha Chi, AGD, AOII,

Poor sad girl is ranking again. At least this time she admits that Chi O struggles to even compete with A P and DG, but reality is that Pi Phi doesn't compete with any of those houses. She left off G Phi which competes with Tri Delta, Theta, and Pi Phi.
I don't know. She's certainly trying to prove that Chi O is stronger than everyone thinks, but I don't think she's getting her point across.
