And Theta and G Phi are not that low and DG and Tri Delta are not tied. DG is wayyyyyyyy lower

Kappa’s pledge class had a couple of standouts but overall was very mid. If I were basing my opinion on PC alone and didn’t know the actual ranks, I would not have guessed KKG was a top house based on the girls they got.
