There is every type of girl in each of the chapters. You won't go wrong with any of the OU sororities. They all are strong.
It is just a few mean girls who are stuck on Middle School Mode who post this crap.

One pledge class can change the vibe, but they are all strong chapters with great girls.

The top 5 have been the same for 20 years and I don't see it changing anytime soon. The order within that group shifts around and can depend on personal preference, but there has always been a big gap between those 5 and everyone else.

XO is a decent house but they're spotty. They got a good class 2 or 3 years ago and have been living on that reputation since.

There is a top 4 in sororities and from what I have heard from several of my mom and grandma’s friends- It has really always been a top 4- order changes a bit but Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi, and TriDelt. After that the mid tier houses are interchangeable from year to year on who may be #5.

Oh yes, let’s listen to your mom. My personal opinion, if you have to come on here and tell everyone you are top 4 or 5 then you are neither. Top houses don’t need to come on here and argue. Things change. That’s life. Get over it.

Tri delt was a top middle house in the 2000s. My mom couldn;t believe they were a top house now

What happened to KKG this year? Their pledge class did not look top tier. If they didn’t have on kappa swag I would have guessed they were DG or even AGD.

Kappa was the only house to get 100 percent return of PNMs on first two rounds and 99% on pref
They had legacies that were at pref night that were bumped off list because there were too many girls… you have bad info or are just trolling
