recs
by: PNMIf you don't have a recommendation for a particular sorority how hard is it to be considered by that sorority? Is it hard for sororities to cut legacies who's mothers were in that sorority at OU? thanks

You need recs. You need to find someone to write one for each house. Go to your town's panhellenic group and ask them for help. Or ask any alum who you can get a rec from for the house you still need. The person above said you will be cut after the first round. That's not necessarily true. You can be cut but if they really REALLY want you, they can find someone to write you a rec. But, it's much safer to make sure you have your own. Most houses require a rec in order to give you a bid.

Technically that's correct but with 1100+ girls going through you aren't gonna look better than everyone else- top houses are gonna cut you and almost every house will after the first round.
